What we collect
Details you submit through the diagnostic or contact forms: name, work email, company, website, role, competitors and the objective you describe. We also record campaign parameters and the referring host of your first visit.
Anonymous measurement
We record funnel progression using a random, session-scoped identifier stored in your browser. It is not derived from you, is not shared, and is not used for advertising or fingerprinting. It exists so we can see where the purchase path fails.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, deliver an engagement you have reserved, and improve the clarity of this site. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your request.
Retention
Enquiry and engagement records are retained for as long as the commercial relationship requires, and then deleted. Anonymous funnel events are retained in aggregate.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion by writing to hello@dgenius.com. We act on verified requests without charge.
Client data
Measurement performed for a client belongs to that client. It is never published, resold, or used as a demonstration on this site. Every example shown publicly is labelled as illustrative.
