Engagement terms
Scope
The AI Discovery Diagnostic is a fixed-scope measurement and diagnosis engagement at $6,500 fixed, delivered in 10–14 days from kickoff. Deliverables are those listed as included at the point of purchase.
Payment
A deposit of $3,250 confirms the engagement and reserves delivery capacity. The balance is due on delivery of the findings and briefing.
Exclusions
Implementation, content production, website or product engineering, and ongoing monitoring are not included. They are available as separate engagements.
No guarantee of placement
No party can control whether an AI system recommends, cites or mentions a company. Dgenius optimises observable conditions and reports measured outcomes. We do not guarantee placement, citation, recommendation, ranking or traffic.
Measurement validity
AI systems change without notice and their answers vary between sessions. Findings describe observations made during the measurement window and are timestamped accordingly.
Client responsibilities
Timely access to the people and information required for measurement. Delays in access extend the delivery window proportionately.
Confidentiality
Client information and measurement results are confidential and are not published or used as public examples without written permission.
Cancellation
Before kickoff, the deposit is refundable in full. After kickoff, the deposit covers work already performed and is non-refundable.
